The Sun Inn reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice and all such changes will take effect when posted on this web site. You should read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion You use this Site. Your continued use of the Site shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

The material on the Website is copyright. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, The Sun Inn grants you a limited non-exclusive licence to access and make personal use of this site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of The Sun Inn. You must not use the site in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the site or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. However, this page may be stored and / or printed for your own records and reference.

Restaurant Table Bookings

Table bookings are subject to the availability of a table at your selected time.

At certain times we may require a deposit to secure your booking. If a deposit is required:

• The deposit does not constitute acceptance of the booking. If we are unable to accommodate your booking the deposit will be refunded.
• Payment will be taken from your credit card at the time of booking.
• The deposit is non-refundable unless we cannot accommodate the booking or the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the booked time. Where cancellation is received more than 24 hours before the booked time then the deposit will be refunded.
• Reductions in the number of people the booking is made for will be treated as a partial cancellation. For example, a booking for 4 people which is subsequently reduced to 2 people will mean that half of the deposit will be subject to the cancellation rules stated above.
• If you request a change to the date and / or time of the booking, and this change is accepted by us, this will considered a cancellation of the original booking. The deposit cannot be transferred to any other booking.
• The deposit will be credited against the cost of the meal to which the specific booking relates and not against any other booking at any other date or time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sun Inn makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise in connection with this website or the material made available on this website. Except to the extent prohibited by law and to the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sun Inn. will not be liable for any consequential, special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by You arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.

Remedies

If You breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
